Acceptance

By using Boma, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The Service

Boma is a livestock marketplace platform connecting buyers, sellers, and veterinary professionals in Tanzania. We provide the platform — all transactions happen directly between users.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. One account per person. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Content

You own the content you post (photos, descriptions). By posting, you grant Boma a licence to display it on the platform. Posts must be accurate and not misleading. Fraudulent listings will be removed.

Receipts

Receipts generated through Boma are records of transactions between users. Boma does not guarantee or insure any transaction. Both parties are responsible for verifying transaction details.

Veterinary Directory

Vet listings are provided for convenience. Boma does not verify vet qualifications beyond the submitted licence ID. Users should verify credentials independently.

Prohibited Use

You may not use Boma for fraud, spam, harassment, or any illegal purpose. Posting stolen livestock is strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities.

Limitation of Liability

Boma is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses resulting from transactions between users, incorrect information, or service interruptions.
